The massage gun is a good product, but there was a problem with the one i received. The charging connection was defective. For this reason i returned it. I have proof of return, return label, date of return, and returned in a well packed package. I am waiting for my refund. I would like to purchase this model gun, but i want one that is not defective.
I also returned a battery pack for another massage gun, different model. It did not fit so i sent it back. Still waiting for that refund. Please check into this as well.
